Neeraj joined Quick Solutions in 1999 as a Senior Consultant. He was promoted to ERP Practice Manager in 2000, designated Director of Business Solutions Group in 2001, appointed Senior Director in 2002, and delegated VP of IT Strategy in 2010. Neeraj brings over 17 years of IT experience to the company. He received his Graduate Degree in Technology Management from the Stevens Institute of Technology, and his Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Delhi Technological University. Neeraj is a Certified Project Management Professional, and serves as a member of the Project Management Institute, International Institute of Business Analysis, and American Society for Engineering Management.

Tom joined Quick Solutions in 2000 as its’ first Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and was appointed President of QSI in 2002. He brings 20 years of senior management experience to the company. Prior to joining QSI, Tom spent 12 years as the CFO of an international distribution company. He has also held management positions in the technology, real estate, and food service distribution industries. Tom received his BS degree from The Ohio State University. Tom is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and he is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Rick joined Quick Solutions in 2007 as Vice President of Business Development. He brings more than 15 years of sales and management experience to the company, and has worked in industries including banking and finance. Rick holds a Bachelors degree in Management and Finance, Summa Cum Laude from Franklin University. He is active in the Columbus community as an operations board member for the Buckeye Ranch, Director of the Sandra Mariotti Pancreatic Cancer Fund and is a 2000 graduate of Leadership Columbus.

Larry joined Quick Solutions in 2006 as Vice President of Professional Services. He brings more than 30 years of senior management experience to the company. He has industry experience in information technology, executive search, manufacturing, healthcare, insurance, and architecture/construction. Larry received his Graduate Studies in Business Administration and Human Resources from Ball State University and his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame University.

Mark joined Quick Solutions in 1996 as Vice President of Consulting Services. He brings over 20 years of experience in IT as well as extensive project management experience to the company. Prior to joining QSI, Mark worked in the retail, manufacturing, finance and banking industries. Mark has served in various capacities, from Program Manager to Project Manager to Lead Developer during his tenure with QSI. He received his BS in Computer Science from Bethel College. Mark completed his CMMI training in 2003 and earned certification in Lotus Notes Application Development I & II, Lotus Notes Developing Interactive Web Applications, and CLS - Lotus Notes Development I & II in 1999.

Tim joined Quick Solutions in 2007 as a Senior Developer, was designated Interactive Studio Lead in 2009, and was appointed Application Development Practice Lead in 2010. He brings over 12 years of IT industry experience to the company. Prior to joining Quick, Tim worked in the research and development industry as a product developer and user interface architect. He received his MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and his Bachelor of Computer Information Systems degree from DeVry University. Tim is actively involved in the Application Development and Agile community in Central Ohio.

Alexei graduated from Capital University with Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry ACS and Physics. He also attended graduate program at The Ohio State University for Analytical Chemistry. Alexei has been with Quick Solutions since 2004, currrently he is driving ALM and .NET practices at QSI. Alexei’s development background involves primarily working with Microsoft based platforms with special interests in Team Foundation Server and Visual Studio. Bart joined Quick Solutions in 2005 as a consultant project manager within the Business Solutions Group. He was promoted to Director of Solutions Delivery in 2007 and to Vice President of Delivery & Operations in January of 2010. Bart brings over 13 years of program and project management consulting experience to the company. He specializes in Agile delivery, implementing solutions for clients on a variety of initiatives. Bart received his Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves on the board of the Central Ohio Agile Association, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the use of Agile practices and principles.
